A Brief History

 

Atos Origin was created in October 2000 by the merger of French company, Atos and Origin, a subsidiary of Philips Electronics.

Atos originated in France and was created in 1997 from the merger of Axime and Sligos. Origin was a Dutch owned company, formed in 1996 from the merger of BSO/Origin and Philips' Communications and Processing (C&P) Services.
