Unlike many other large businesses, at Atos Origin you’ll find no sense of hierarchy. We treat graduates just the same as we treat every other member of staff, and we’ll help you to learn about the business by letting you work on many different projects. As you progress, you’ll find that we will give you more and more client facing responsibilities.
We’ll ensure that you are able to get the most out of your time with us by supporting you in every way possible. Everyone who joins us as a graduate or intern will be line managed by one person, while other people will support you in the placements (e.g. HR, buddies and networks within the organisation). The programmes vary across the service lines, but the group of graduates is small. This will maximise the opportunity for you to excel within your chosen area, and to accelerate your development.
Although we will reward you well financially, we want personal development to be the key reason that you choose to join the programme. We will therefore help you to enhance your professional skills by enabling you to study for CIMA/CIPD qualifications as appropriate.
