Application hosting service
The provision of application processing from a shared infrastructure hosted and managed within an Atos Origin data centre. The infrastructure is fully managed and maintained.
Mainframe services
Comprehensive mainframe services centred around the provision of system management. A full range of options is available including hosting, operations and application processing plus the provision of hardware and software environments.
Server management
A broad range of services for all Unix and Windows platforms. The core hardware options include high availability clustering, virtualisation and dedicated hardware. The support options include full operating software provision, management and monitoring.
Collaboration
The provision of specialist tools and infrastructure to aid collaborative working between people in different locations. Within this service, support is provided for messaging, project management, SMS and fax applications at central server level.
Storage infrastructure management
The provision of storage management for either customer dedicated or shared storage pools. The service covers various storage types, such as SAN, NAS and tape media libraries. It includes functions such as setting up storage groups, logical disks and archiving.
Web technologies
Everything required to deliver a content rich and attractive business website is included within this service. Hardware infrastructure, content management, backup and restore, monitoring, operation and technical support are all key components of this service.
Web content management
Providing website content management on behalf of the customer. Our technicians work closely with each customer to create appropriate page content using plain text, graphics, animation and video as required.
Directory services
A service to monitor, manage and administrate changes to central directories, such as Microsoft Active Directory. In current IT environments, directories are becoming ever more complex and challenging to manage. Structuring directory services correctly can make a drastic improvement to the way services are provisioned and managed.
Proxy services
Provision of proxy server deployment and management to better manage corporate internet bandwidth.
Database management (Oracle)
Delivery of Oracle database management. Aimed primarily at the technical environment, this service provides monitoring, tuning, migrations, reorganisation, backup and recovery.
Middleware technical management
This service provides technical management of middleware software objects for use in integration infrastructures and/or component-based application platforms.
Messaging
Provision and management of messaging applications such as Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Notes, to ensure the efficient operation of corporate email services. Options include spam filtering, anti-virus and archive services.
